You can participate yourself by turning off or dimming your non essential lights for one hour this Saturday. Even go as far as turning off ALL power in your house via the circuit breaker(just remember to turn it back on after the hour so your fridge does not defrost too badly-or leave that one appliance’s circuit running if you fear spoilage).
