    BlackBerry Tethering

I finally broke down and bought my BlackBerry phone. I have the everything plan from Sprint, so I get unliited Talk, Data, email, IM, GPS, Internet, TV/Radio and some other things I can’t remmdber at the moment. The one thing the plan didn’t come with was tethering, and without paying to add it, they wouldn’t support it. I eventually went and tried Tetherberry, and all is working for the time being. Below are my speeds while tethering the phone to my computer. Not really anything impressive, but its better than no internet while on the road.

What kinds of speeds do you get with your BlackBerry? or any phone for that matter?

Im wondering how the phone aquires its access, as it seems to be telling me I’m connecting from Cincinatti, when I live out on the east coast, so I’d like to find a way to force it to conenct to a closer access point, if thats even possible.
